Are your ingredients natural and what are your ingredients?
Yes, we care what goes on our hair and scalp! Do refer to the individual shampoo for full ingredients list.
Is your shampoo suitable for sensitive skin scalp?
There are no chemicals or harsh ingredients in our shampoo, it is safe to use on sensitive scalp. If you are still concerned and for extra caution please use it on a small area first.
Is your shampoo fragrance free or dye free?
Our product is made without fragrances, parabens, perfumes/fragrances, sulfates, alcohol, silicones, or artificial colours. Our scent comes from 100% pure essential oils.
Where is thrue shampoo made?
Formulated in Korea. Made in Taiwan.
When does thrue shampoo expire?
Unopened and sealed products are good to use for 3 years. Opened products are good to use for one year. We recommend storing products in room temperature environments.
What safety certifications do you have?
thrue shampoo is SGS certified and HSA notified.
Can I return products for a refund if I don’t like it, want it or need it anymore?
Sorry, no refund at this time but we are sure you will love it!
